RESUMO

Realizar um projeto da atual adversidade econômica é um dos maiores triunfos do projeto dos restaurantes. Prover segurança, criatividade, promover a sustentabilidade, manter o foco em inovação e atingir uma camada seleta da sociedade abrange o tema desse projeto. Elaborar soluções de TI para uma rede de restaurantes implementando técnicas e estruturas baseadas em conceitos mercadológicos da área. A gama de diversidade das principais capitais do pais fundamentadas em um tema cultural crescente ajuda no desenvolvimento e na experiência revolucionaria proposta para a rede de restaurantes de tradições nordestinas. Aplicar o estudo do caso, da metodologia e mencionar o estudo do caso e das relações de cada cidade caracterizam especificidades a cada proposição regional. Ter as informações precisas das variáveis de cada ambiente influenciam no resultado e na aplicação detalhada das normas que regem os preceitos tecnológicos. Tendo a apresentação explanada e absorvendo a constante mudança que o avanço das tecnologias, ainda sim se faz necessária alterações visando o melhor aproveitamento das unidades e criatividades em função das restrições econômicas atuais.

Concluindo que, esse projeto tem como objetivo desenvolver e introduzir tecnologia da informação em um ambiente do ramo alimentício, sabendo das intemperes econômicas e políticas, terá um estudo no âmbito tecnológico e potencial crescimento da máquina sustentadora do negócio.

ABSTRACT

Perform one of the current economic adversity project is one of the greatest triumphs of the project of the restaurants. Provide security, creativity, promote sustainability, to focus on innovation and achieve a select layer of society covers the theme of this project. Develop IT solutions for a restaurant chain by implementing techniques and structures based on marketing concepts of its area. The range of diversity from the main capitals of the country based on a growing cultural theme helps in the development and experience revolutionary proposal for the network Northeastern traditions of restaurants. Apply the case study, methodology and mention the case and the relationship of each city features specific to each regional proposition. Having accurate information of the variables in each environment influence the results and the detailed application of the rules of the governing and the technological principles. Having explained presentation and absorbing the constant change that the advancement of technology, but still is needed amendments to the best use of the units and creativity and basis of current economic constraints.

Concluding that this project aims to develop and introduce information technology in a food industry environment, knowing the economic and political transition, will have a study on the technological scope and potential growth of the sustainer engine business.

The project aims to show up and develop information technology to the environmental of food services, specifically restaurants. We also will develop ways and paths to communicate three different places of the same group.
