Pablo picasso

• Hello. How are you? My name is joana lopes. I’ 14 years old. I’ m Portuguese. I’ love painting and art. My colour favourite is orange. My presentation talk about Pablo Picasso. I has 2 sisters.

The painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso was one of the most recognized and important figures of the modern art. An artist who became a legend in his own time and whose oeuvre includes numerous masterpieces such as Les Demoiselles d’ Avignon and Guernica. 

Even when young Picasso achieved remarkable artistic successes. He ran through the whole gamut of an academic career before plunging into the adventures of modernism.

No artist has enjoyed such wide fame in his lifetime as Picasso, nor been accorded such worldwide popular and critical acclaim at his death. Covering so many periods and styles, his works have had an extraordinary impact on the course of art history, far greater than that of Michelangelo or Peter Paul Rubens in their day.

The great author of the Cubist revolution, which changed forever the way we look at the painting, was also a women's man. Dora Maar and Françoise Gilot were, among many, the muses of his life.

There are many who consider him a miser, a sadist, a sly, others that look like an impostor and a paint killer, and others that bends before the statue erected in his honor. All are right and all are completely wrong, since there are several Picassos.
