Resumo

O objetivo do presente estudo é analisar a realização das atividades organizacionais por pessoas jurídicas distintas da organização, definida como terceirização.

Ela surgiu nos Estados Unidos antes da Segunda Guerra Mundial e consolidou-se no Brasil no início da década de 80, com a vinda das empresas Multinacionais ao país. A terceirização consiste em transferir a terceiros a execução de tarefas para as quais a relação custo/benefício da execução interna não é das mais vantajosas para as Estruturas.

Para isso efetuamos pesquisas de área e bibliográficas, que nos permitirá a demonstração e estudo específico de serviços terceirizados na área de limpeza/organização; portaria/segurança entre outros, em uma Estrutura Indústrial de Suplementos Minerais, localizada em São Vicente – SP.

Até quando vale a terceirização? Quais as vantagens e desvantagens? Qual a satisfação dos que terceirizam?

Esses e outros esclarecimentos estão presentes neste artigo.

Abstract

The objective of the present study is to analyze the accomplishment of the organizacionais activities for distinct legal people of the organization, defined as terceirização. It appeared in the United States before World War II and consolidated itself at the beginning in Brazil of the decade of 80, with the coming of the companies Multinationals to the country. The terceirização consists of transferring to the third a execution of tasks for which the relation cost/benefit of the internal execution is not of most advantageous for the Structures. For this we effect bibliographical research of area and, that in will allow to the demonstration and specific study them of services terceirizados in the cleanness area/organization; it would carry/security among others, in an Industrial Structure of Mineral Supplements, located in Are Vicente - SP.
