ANÁLISE ECONÔMICA ENTRE A PAVIMENTAÇÃO RÍGIDA E FLEXÍVEL

Resumo – Esta pesquisa aborda um comparativo entre a pavimentação de concreto simples e um pavimento flexível através do custo de construção, manutenção e operação ao longo de um período de 20 anos, para um trecho de 1,0 km da construção da Via Expresso Porto, conhecida por ser o futuro “anel viário” de Porto Velho/RO. Através do projeto cedido pelo DER/RO com o atual dimensionamento nele apresentado e com base nas análises, contagem volumétrica e as metodologias dos manuais de pavimentação do DNIT, foi feito um projeto de pavimentação rígida para o estudo de viabilidade, e dessa forma comparar os custos, considerando a substituição da utilização do pavimento flexível pelo de concreto simples. De acordo com os resultados apresentados neste artigo, trazendo os custos para o valor presente líquido, concluiu-se que a utilização do pavimento de concreto no empreendimento poderá trazer significativa economia no período analisado em relação ao pavimento flexível, considerando o custo final para a execução, manutenção e operação do trecho em estudo para o período adotado foi de R$ 1.188.801,55 para o pavimento flexível, e R$ 1.078.072,50 para o pavimento de concreto simples, constatando-se uma economia de 9,31% no orçamento inicial, e economia em manutenções no período de 20 anos de 82,19% adotando-se o IPCA 4,50%, em um cenário otimista da inflação nacional, e 81,47%, adotando-se o IPCA 12,53%, em um cenário pessimista da economia brasileira, em relação ao flexível.

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS BETWEEN RIGID AND FLEXIBLE PAVING

Abstract – This research approaches a comparison between concrete paving simple and a flexible pavement through the cost of construction, maintenance and operation over a period of 20 years, for a 1.0 Km stretch of the Via Expresso Porto construction, known as be the future "ring road" of Porto Velho/RO. Through the project provided by DER/RO with the current design presented in it and based on the analyzes, volumetric counting and methodologies of the DNIT paving manuals, a rigid paving project was done for the feasibility study, considering the replacement of the use of the flexible pave with the simple concrete. According to the results presented in this article, bringing the costs to the net present value, it was concluded that the use of the concrete pave in the project could bring significant savings in the analyzed period in relation to the flexible pave, considering the final cost for the execution , maintenance and operation of the stretch under study for the period adopted was R$ 1,188,801.55 for the flexible pavement, and R$ 1,078,072.50 for the concrete pavement simple, with a saving of 9.31% in the initial budget, and savings on maintenance in the period of 20 years of 82.19%, with the IPCA being 4.50%, in an optimistic scenario of national inflation, and 81.47%, with the adoption of the IPCA 12.53% , in a pessimistic scenario of the Brazilian economy, in relation to the flexible.
