O presente trabalho tem como objetivo traçar um paralelo entre os

conceitos expostos em sala de aula e a prática no mundo real, utilizando conceitos

da gestão de projetos e boas práticas da Tecnologia da Informação, de forma a

extrair o máximo de benefícios para melhorar os procedimentos da organização.

Destarte, sua aplicação pode trazer inúmeros benefícios, atingindo assim,

as metas instituídas pela organização empresarial. Consequentemente, perceberão

melhoras em todos os setores da empresa, não apenas internamente, mas também

no setor da economia em que atua, destacando-se através dos bens eou serviços

prestados com qualidade e eficiência.

Como estudo de caso trataremos da empresa XPTO que é uma

empresa de desenvolvimento de software que possui filiais espalhadas por

diferentes locais no Brasil. Após analisar a empresa devem-se identificar os

problemas e propor melhorias para que possa desfrutar das benfeitorias da

tecnologia a fim de melhorar seu desempenho operacional.

Abstract

This paper aims to draw a parallel between the concepts exposed in the

classroom and practice in the real world, using project management concepts and

best practices of information technology in order to extract the maximum benefits to

improve the procedures of organization.

Thus, your application can bring numerous benefits, achieving the goals

established by the business organization. Consequently, realize improvements in all

sectors of the company, not only internally, but also in the economic sector in which it

operates, especially through the goods and or services with quality and efficiency.

As a case study, we address the XPTO company which is a software

development company which has branches spread across different locations in

Brazil. After analyzing the company itself should identify problems and propose

improvements so you can enjoy the improvements of technology to improve

operational performance.
