RESUMO

A rede de Farmácia Boa Saúde vem crescendo no estado de São Paulo, hoje com 20 pontos instalados estrategicamente, porém a estrutura de cada filial vem precisando de melhorias e novas contratações de funcionário para serem revezadas as tarefas da organização de forma geral; o setor de Tecnologia da Informaçãonão está acompanhando este crescimento, levando a Diretoria da Corporação fazer algumas mudanças que venham colaborar ainda mais com o crescimento. Um plano de negócios é uma ferramenta muito utilizada Por empreendedores para tomada de decisões e minimizações de riscos; sendo assim esse trabalho tem o objetivo de elaborar um plano de negócios através da determinação de objetivos, definição de negócios, diagnostico de mercado e elaboração dos planos: operacional, marketing,recursos humanos e financeiro. Certo que todo investimento vem sendo planejado, com investimentos presumidos para os anos próximos, tendo a previsão do retorno de todo esse investimento (ROI). A nova gerencia de infraestrutura tem o objetivo de manter o departamento de TI alinhado aos negócios da organização. Fazendo uso das disciplinas: Gerenciamento de Infraestrutura, Finanças em Projetos de TI, Economia e Mercado e Gestão Estratégica deRecursos Humanos.
De acordo com as reuniões acordadas com as equipes de gestores e gerentes da empresa, com a rápida evolução tecnológica, faz-se necessário implantar novas tecnologias de informação na organização e transformar a infraestrutura existente, com o apoio de uma base de conhecimento que permita a efetiva utilização das tecnologias disponível no mercado atual. 
Assim é possível analisar propostas que possibilite um aprimoramento da utilização dos recursos da TI, que possam oferecer soluções corporativas, como recursos humanos, produção, vendas, finanças, e logísticas. A fim de melhorar a gestão operacional da instituição, aperfeiçoar seus processos, maximizar seus lucros a fim de atingir a eficiência.

ABSTRACT

The Network Good Health Pharmacy has been growing in the state of São Paulo, now 20 points strategically installed, however, the structure of each branch is in need of improvements and new employee contracts being rotated to the tasks of the general organization; the Information Technology sector is not keeping up with this growth, leading the Board of the Corporation to make some changes that will further collaborate with the growth. A business plan is a tool widely used by entrepreneurs to decision making and risk minimization; therefore this study aims to develop a business plan by setting goals, business definition, market diagnosis and preparation of plans: operational, marketing, human and financial resources. Sure that any investment has been planned, with assumed investments for the coming years and return forecast all this investment (ROI). The new management infrastructure is designed to keep the IT department aligned with the organization's business. Making use of disciplines: Infrastructure Management, Finance in IT Projects, Economy and Market and of resources Human Strategic Management. According to the meeting agreed with the teams of managers and company managers, with rapid technological change, it is necessary to implement new information technology in the organization and transform the existing infrastructure, with the support of a knowledge base that allows effective use of the technologies available on the market today. So you can analyze proposals that will allow an improvement of the use of IT resources that can offer corporate solutions, such as human resources, production, sales, finance and logistics. In order to improve the operational management of the institution, improve their processes; maximize your profits in order to achieve efficiency.
