RESUMO

Uma boa gestão, aplicada em qualquer que seja a área, causa melhorias nos índices de produtividade de qualquer empresa. Contudo a área de suprimentos, precisa ser ainda mais observada e gerida com uma maior atenção, já que carrega por si só, a importância de ser o ''termômetro" da organização, ou seja, podendo-se mensurar por meio dela o quão aquecida de demandas a empresa está, ou não. No entanto, quando se trata de uma empresa no ramo da construção civil, o abastecimento de materiais é primordial para a boa condução das frentes de serviços, porém até onde podemos equilibrar a abundância no fornecimento de materiais com o gerenciamento dos gastos mensais da empresa? Ou a qualidade do material com o custo preestabelecido no orçamento da obra? Ou até mesmo, a velocidade de entrega da logística com a economia da retirada direta dos produtos nas fábricas?

 As respostas para todas essas perguntas podem-se resumir em duas palavras: Planejamento e Controle. Na prática, as etapas da obra sendo vistas de forma sistematizadas, os levantamentos dos materiais sendo feitos de maneira organizada e antecipada, o setor de suprimentos terá melhores condições para fazer a aquisição dos materiais de qualidade, menor custo e de maneira assertiva à necessidade da obra, evitando desperdícios, melhorando a programação da logística e aumentando o controle do estoque na obra.

 Para que tudo isso seja colocado em ação, o mercado já oferece softwares capazes de integrar cada elemento do setor de suprimentos, como também conectar o setor aos demais setores da empresa, com a finalidade de garantir uma melhor gestão, reduzindo os riscos e prazos, otimizando processos, aumentando a velocidade e assertividade nas tomadas de decisões, assim oferecendo grande produtividade.

ABSTRACT

Good management, applied in any area, causes improvements in the productivity rates of any company. However, the supply area needs to be even more observed and managed with greater attention, since it carries by itself the importance of being the "thermometer" of the organization, that is, it can be measured through it how heated of demands the company is, or not. However, when it comes to a company in the field of civil construction, the supply of materials is essential for the good conduct of the service fronts, but how far can we balance the abundance in the supply of materials with the management of the company's monthly expenses? Or the quality of the material with the cost pre-established in the budget of the work? Or even, the speed of delivery of the logistics with the economy of the direct withdrawal of the products in the factories?

The answers to all these questions can be summed up in two words: Planning and Control. In practice, the stages of the work being seen in a systematic way, the surveys of materials being done in an organized and anticipated way, the supply sector will have better conditions to acquire quality materials, at lower cost and in an assertive way to the needs of the work, avoiding waste, improving logistics programming and increasing inventory control at the construction site.

For all this to be put into action, the market already offers software capable of integrating each element of the supply sector, as well as connecting the sector to the other sectors of the company, in order to guarantee better management, reducing risks and deadlines, optimizing processes, increasing speed and assertiveness in decision making, thus offering great productivity.
