RESUMO

Este trabalho buscou analisar as questões de Fundamentos da Administração, Comunicação Empresarial e Técnicas de Informática. Com intuito de adquirir conhecimentos, através de pesquisas, nas referidas áreas foi selecionada a empresa online do ramo imobiliário Quinto Andar, que atua através de plataforma digital. Foi abordado a denominação social da empresa, sua origem e história, a natureza e o ramo de atuação, abertura de filias, quantidade de funcionários, seu diferencial no segmento, cliente-alvo, principais concorrentes, tendências do setor, procedimentos adotados para evitar o impacto negativo sobre o meio ambiente. Sobre as Técnicas de Informática, dentre as principais ferramentas utilizadas pela empresa Quinto Andar se destacam a internet e a intranet. No próprio site da Quinto Andar Desenvolvimento Tecnológico Ltda, pode ser encontrado tudo que precisa saber sobre a empresa. Enquanto que, o site é destinado apenas para locação de imóveis residenciais de maneira online, rápida, segura, clara e nítida quanta à facilidade em alugar um imóvel residencial sem fiador, caução ou seguro fiança. Quanto à Comunicação Empresarial, por ser de grande importância em qualquer organização, a Quinto Andar se preocupa em atender seu público alvo através de ações e estratégias para tornar realidade suas as metas e objetivos. Dentro de uma empresa a comunicação é essencial para que todos tenham um atendimento para o fim esperado. Na Quinto Andar os princípios de comunicação utilizados são o site da empresa, os e-mails entre departamentos, clientes e investidores, ligações telefônicas, aplicativos como WhatsApp e Facebook.  Além dos meios acima citados, a empresa Quinto Andar utiliza a técnica “benchmark”, que potencializa tanto a comunicação interna quanto a externa, através do qual a empresa compara como as outras startups realizam a exposição dos imóveis que estão alugando.

ABSTRACT

This work looked to analyse the questions of Bases of the Administration, Business Communication and Techniques of Computer science. With intention of acquiring knowledges, through inquiries, in the above-mentioned areas there was selected the online enterprise of the property branch Quinto Andar, which acts through digital platform. There was boarded the social denomination of the enterprise, his origin and history, the nature and the branch of acting, opening of filias, quantity of officials, his differential one in the segment, white-client, main contestants, tendencies of the sector, proceedings adopted to avoid the negative impact on the environment. On the Techniques of Computer science, among the main tools used by the enterprise Quinto Andar the Internet and the intranet are outstanding. In the site itself of the Quinto Andar Technological Development LTDA, can be found all that needs to know on the enterprise. Whereas, the site is destined only for lease of residential real estate of online, quick, safe, clear and clear way quanta to the easiness in renting a residential property without guarantor, caution or I hold guarantee. As for the Business Communication, because of being of great importance in any organization, the Quinto Andar worries in attending his target audience through actions and strategies to make reality you sweat the marks and objectives. Inside an enterprise the communication is essential so that they all have a service for the expected aim. In the Quinto Andar the used communication beginnings are the site of the enterprise, the e-mails between departments, clients and investors, telephone connections, applications programs as WhatsApp and facebook. Besides the ways above quoted, the enterprise Fifth Floor uses the technique "benchmark", that potencializa so much the internal communication as for day-pupil, through which the enterprise compares as other startups carry out the exhibition of the real estate that they are renting.
