RESUMO

Nessa atividade podemos observar e constatar que a investigação do Comportamento Organizacional prove de vários conhecimentos disciplinares da Ciência Comportamental, que por sua vez estar interligada efetivamente e interdependente em recursos humanos. Esse estudo da relação esta compreendido entre indivíduos e outros elementos que compõem a organização. Considera-se que esta estrutura e tecnologia é um conjunto fundamental para que a organização tenha um sucesso efetivo no decorrer de suas atividades desenvolvidas, sendo necessário atingir o objetivo, metas e satisfação do trabalho.

SUMMARY

we can observe and note that the Organizational Behavior research of various disciplinary knowledge of proven behavioral science, which in turn be interconnected and interdependent human resources effectively. The study of relationship between individuals and other elements that make up the organization. It is considered that this structure and technology is a fundamental set for which the Organization has an effective success over its activities, being necessary to accomplish the purpose, goals, and work satisfaction.
