Active And Passive Voice

Active voice:

É a voz que usamos a maior parte do tempo. Na voz ativa, o objeto recebe a ação do verbo

Ex: Cats eat fish (melhorar essa frase)

Passive voice:

A voz passiva é menos usuall. Na voz passiva, o sujeito recebe a ação do verbo

Ex: Fish are eaten by cats (esta tbm e colocar mais exemplos)

O objeto do verbo ativo se torna o sujeito do verbo passivo:

Ex: Everybory drinks water \ Water is drunk by everybody

Active and passive voice : Simple past

No simple past as frases passivas e ativas devem seguir uma forma diferente

Na voz ativa a frase deve seguir a seguinte estrutura:

Sujeito + verbo na forma do passado+ objeto

Ex: He wrote a letter.

He loved his friends very much.

She sang a song.

She did not know anything about it.

Nobody could not be discouraged from pursuing his path.

She did not write a story

Did he break the window?

Why did you abuse your servant?

Did Alice invite you?

Na voz passiva a frase deve seguir a seguinte estrutura:

Objeto da sentença ativa+ was\were+ past participle do verbo+ by+ sujeito da voz ativa

Ex: A letter was written by him.

His friends were loved very much by him

A song was sung by her.

Nothing about it was know to her.

He could not be discouraged from pursuing his path by anybody.

A story was not written by her.

Was the window broken by him?

Why was your servant abused by you ?
