1) tell about yourself

answer: I'm very friendly, I’m a team player and hardworking. Some people come me and talk  that I’m friendly I think that is of my personality.  Team player. I’m think that a team player because I always like work in group when I was child I liked the jokes in group.  I think that Two heads are better than one. I'm have great interpersonal skills

2)how would you describe yourself?

I would say that  i'm  a good listener, determined,  very calm and patient  and it help me in differents situaons.  For example.   When  I have a problem , I can keep calm  and  have patient and determined to solve the problem .          

3)What is your greatest strength?

I'm very determined and motivated. My determination helps me reach great results. I can work long hours if necessary. Falar q estudou 4 anos p passar na efomm

4)What is your greatest weakness?

My greatest weakness is public speaking.  but I’ ve readed books on the subject  and  I’ve tried to speak more times in public.  today I’m better and I really want to improve more  and more.

I think I should be hired because I hardworking,  responsible , a team player and I'm have great skills to deal with people and it is important to be a seafarer.

What motivates you most at work?

I’ve always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I’m in.

7)Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

After the five years, I would like to be work   in your company  as the first office.

8)Do You Prefer to Work Independently or On a Team?

I prefer to work on a team because  When people work in group, they  can share information and knowlegde  each other and it  become the work more fast and better but if necessery I work alone I can do it..

9)What is important to you in a company?

I would like to work for a company that is fair and ,offers opportunities and  training to do my job better

   What interested you in this job?

In my job,    I think that my job have many things interested , for exemplo,  I have opportunities  of travel abroad, know many countries and know people of different culturie .my jog offers for me great experience   and  I like it.

Give specific example of team in your area?

begin a fire hold in the ship , sound the alarm,  the crew go to the place where the fire start and  try put out the fire. So  it’s a teamwork.

 O que te estressa no trabalho?

Ok, normally I’m very calm and patient  so it’s very dificicult  I stay stress maybe when some person not know work in  group or live in group.                                                              

Qual a parte da educacao que eu tive que acho que foi importante pra chegar  onde cheguei? Ok , my parents  taught me  to be  determined and it was  very important to me , for examplo, I studied to the test efomm for five years, and  I can pass in the test. I never give up I contined studying more and more until I pass.
