O objetivo desse trabalho é mostrar as dificuldades de uma pequena empresa para manter-se no mercado, mesmo com os incentivos fiscais, também elaborar planos de ação para o crescimento saudável da empresa, construindo um planejamento e alguns procedimentos relacionados à ética e legislação trabalhista. A empresa estudada trata-se da C&A Computadores, que surgiu há mais de 10 anos com a finalidade de atender as necessidades de produtos de informática. As disciplinas em destaque serão Plano de Negócios, Crédito e Cobrança, e Ética e Legislação: Trabalhista e Empresarial. Será proposto nesse projeto uma ideia incremental melhorando o que já existe dentro da empresa citada a fim de aumentar o faturamento e principalmente os lucros, demonstrando também que mesmo com o aumento dos impostos é possível o crescimento através da tecnologia implantada.

The aim of this study is to show the difficulties of a small business to stay in the market, even with tax incentives also prepare action plans for the healthy growth of the company, building a plan and some procedures related to ethics and labor law. The company studied it is the C & A Computers , which arose more than 10 years in order to meet the needs of computer products in São Carlos / SP. Featured disciplines will be the Business Plan, Credit and Collections, and Ethics and Law: Labor and Business. It will be proposed in this project an incremental idea improving what already exists within the mentioned company in order to increase revenue and especially earnings, also demonstrating that even with tax increases is possible growth through technology deployed.
