RESUMO

Este trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar e sistematizar o Processo Administrativo. Processo significa uma sequência de ações que se sucedem para chegar a um determinado ponto. Referimos à administração como um processo para enfatizar que todos os administradores, independente de seus níveis ou funções, se engajam continuamente em certas atividades inter-relacionadas – como planejar, organizar, dirigir e controlar – para alcançar os objetivos desejados. Sendo assim, podemos dizer que o processo administrativo é o conjunto e sequência das funções administrativas.

ABSTRACT

This work aims to demonstrate and systematize the Administrative Process. Process means a sequence of actions that follow to get to a certain point. Refer to the administration as a process to emphasize that all directors, regardless of their levels or functions, continuously engage in certain interrelated activities - how to plan, organize, direct and control - to achieve the desired goals. Thus, we can say that the administrative process is the set and sequence of administrative functions.
