Técnicas De Negociação

Com base nas pesquisas feitas, podemos concluir que existem vários conceitos de negociação além dos autores citados no PLT 202 –Técnicas de negociação nas páginas 15, 16 e 17 do livro-texto. Logo abaixo, podemos ver o conceito de negociação na visão de outros três autores diferentes dos presentes no livro-texto:

Segundo David Berley (The Positive Negotiation Program – 1984), Negociação é um processo, em que duas ou mais partes, com interesses comuns e antagônicos se reúnem para confrontar e discutir propostas explícitas com o objetivo de alcançarem um acordo.

Segundo Laurent (1991, p. 148) “a manipulação é a disposição de alcançar os próprios objetivos utilizando essencialmente a palavra, sem se preocupar muito com a exigência de veracidade de seu conteúdo”.

Segundo Junqueira (1991), a negociação é um processo contínuo que começa com a preparação (antes do encontro das partes), desenvolve-se (encontro das partes) e continua com o controle e avaliação (após o encontro das partes), até a próxima negociação (se houver).
