o provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service; focusing on dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers in the contact centre, pro-actively seeking and acting upon opportunities to promote additional services, sell products and retain customers so that their requirements are fully satisfied and to contribute personally to the growth of the business.

This role will be working shifts between the hours of 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and alternate weekends 8am -5 pm Saturdays and 9am-5pm on an eight week rolling rota of 37.5 works per week.

The Details

You've a real talent for making customers feel special when you're on the phone. It's in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen. When a customer calls, you'll be quick to understand their needs and do everything in your power to help them. No one likes to be passed from pillar to post, so you'll use that impressive initiative of yours to solve problems and come up with great solutions. You’ll be dealing with inbound calls from new and existing LV= customers in our travel insurance department. The callers will range from customers calling to renew their policies, looking to take out a policy or a query on existing policies.

About You

Now, three words to describe you? Positive, helpful, cheerful. So, when it comes to our customers and your calls, nothing's ever too much trouble. You make a real effort to make each call your own and you love nothing more than happy customers. You'll take lots of calls each day, but you see every one as a new challenge and a new opportunity to deliver excellent customer service. We'd like you to have a strong customer service background, good PC skills and the ability to quickly get to grips with the legal ins-and-outs of insurance.
