Technical description:

The machine of the type WSM 101 (semi automatic) and WSM 102 (automatic)

was engineered for cutting timing and flat belt sleeves. It is especially

suitable for processing frequently changing sleeves and profile types with

medium to high quantities.

All common timing belt profile types can be processed.

Processing dimensions:

□ Max. belt length 5.800 mm

□ Min. belt length 130 mm (with device for cutting small belts)

□ Max. belt width 750 mm

Machine frame:

□ Stable, welded construction

□ Delivered as one unit

□ Affixing of the frame to the floor possible

□ All linear ducts are made of hardened, grinded steel shafts

and ball bearings

Tension slide:

□ Tension of the sleeve is variable min. 3 kp max. 140 kp

□ Moving of tension slide by drive motor

□ Angle of tension shaft variable

Tool slide:

□ Semi-automatic processing WSM 101, controlled by PLC

□ Automatic processing WSM 102, controlled by PLC

□ Cutting die movement via ball screw driven by drive motor

□ Digital display of die position, cutting with and number of cuts

□ Cutting tool is a fixed round die

□ Tool holder exchangeable

□ Execution of cutting motion by lever (WSM 101)

□ Execution of the cutting motion automatically (WSM 102)

Cutting shaft:

□ Stepless rpm-control via frequency converter from 70 to 450 rpm

□ Rotation direction changable

□ Plastic sheath as wearout-cover, Ø 70 mm

□ Pneumatically triggered holder for supporting the cutting shaft

Accessories:

□ Tool for exchanging the cutting shaft

□ Tool for exchanging the cutting die

□ Key for the wiring cabinet
