1. OPERATIONAL SAFETY
During the installation, operation and maintenance of the E-house, there are risks that
must be observed.
INCOMING INSPECTION
Before unloading, the buyer must carry out a preliminary inspection of the E-house,
checking:
• The general condition of the external structure, with no cracks, scratches or
wrinkled;
• The characteristics of the nameplate must comply with the order;
• Checking of accessories or protective casing;
• All connectors and accessories;
• The inexistence of spare parts (Screws, nuts, crossmembers, busbars etc.), as
well as tightening both electrical and mechanical screw connections.
3. LOADING, UNLOADING AND HANDLING
All unloading and transportation services must be performed and supervised by
specialized personnel and providing care that a load of significant weight requires,
complying with safety regulations and using the appropriate support points.
The Rigging Plan must be done at the installation site, observing the following:
• Points before the start of cargo handling:
• Weather conditions.
• Check interference (energy and obstacles).
• Existing floor conditions
• Isolate and signal service area.
• Only personnel involved in moving inside must remain of isolation.
• Alert for the minimum distance of personnel to the load and below it as well as
in relation to the spear.
• Gather all personnel involved before the start of the service.
