Project Definition

The project consist in planning and execution of preparing a barbecue lunch for a reunion of ten. The project has goals of:

1. Cost under $200,00 total;
2. Start-to-finish time around 4 hours;
3. Drinks and meat for at least 3 hours.

Organization

Project Manager (PM)

• Responsible for planning, management, and follow the project flow
• Approves all changes to scope, schedule, or budget
• All tasks must be reported to the Project Manager, during the planning and execution
• The PM will guarantee that the Project be ready at the exactly deadline

Assistant Project Manager (APM) and Pre-Barbecue Chef (PBC)

• Responsible for assisting the PM in development of the project plan and set-up
• Responsible to supervise the Barbecue while in execution
• Participate in the post-mortem analysis at project completion]

Barbecue Chef (BC)

• Responsible for the execution of the meal process
