RESUMO

Nos últimos anos, o acidente de trabalho por materiais perfuro-cortantes tem sido considerado um importante assunto para os trabalhadores que atuam na área da saúde. Diante disto, objetivou analisar as condições e o ambiente de trabalho da equipe de enfermagem do Pronto Socorro do Hospital de Referência de Guaraí, conhecendo os riscos biológicos que estão expostos por acidentes de trabalho com materiais perfuro-cortantes. A metodologia adotada foi de uma pesquisa descritiva e de campo, buscando analisar os dados bibliográficos, com abordagem qualitativa. Os resultados encontrados na análise dos dados demonstram que os trabalhadores têm conhecimento quanto aos cuidados que se deve ter para evitar os acidentes por materiais perfuro-cortantes, mas há uma deficiência de informações por parte da Equipe de Enfermagem quanto a este assunto. Conclui-se que os trabalhadores têm conhecimento quanto a prevenção de acidentes com materias perfuro-cortantes, são cientes quanto aos cuidados que devem tomar, mas ocorre uma desmotivação e acomodação por parte da equipe, o que compromete a capacidade dos profissionais e a qualidade da assistência prestada. Diante disso, sugere-se que o hospital deve oferecer atividades educativas reforçando assim os cuidados que eles devem ter, e aos enfermeiros levarem motivação a sua equipe.

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the industrial accident for perforate-cutting materials has been considered an important subject for the workers who act in the area of the health. Ahead of this, it objectified to analyze the conditions and the environment of work of the team of nursing of the Ready Aid of the Hospital of Reference of Guaraí, being known the biological risks that are displayed by industrial accidents with perforate-cutting materials. The adopted methodology was of a descriptive research and field, searching to analyze the bibliographical data, with qualitative boarding. The results found in the analysis of the data demonstrate that the workers have knowledge how much to the cares that if must have to prevent the accidents for perforate-cutting materials, but to a deficiency of information on the part of the Team of Nursing how much to this subject. It is concluded that the workers have knowledge how much the prevention of accidents with perforate-cutting substances, are cliente how much to the cares that must take, but it occurs demotivation and room on the part of the team, what it compromises the capacity of the professionals and the quality of the given assistance. Ahead of this, one suggests that the hospital must offer educative activities thus strengthening the cares that they must have, and to the nurses to take motivation its team.
