O MEIO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO DO CORTADOR DE

CANA-DE-AÇÚCAR

RESUMO

O presente trabalho tem por objetivo mostrar as condições degradantes em que são submetidos os trabalhadores rurais do corte de cana-de-açúcar, mostrando o cotidiano do obreiro, que se inicia com a queima da palha da cana-de-açúcar e se estende até a colheita que é feita manualmente, expondo os riscos em que são submetidos os trabalhadores rurais, enfatizando o valor do meio ambiente do trabalho e mostrando a importância das normas trabalhistas referentes à saúde, higiene e segurança do trabalhador que nem sempre são respeitadas, com especial ênfase a nova NR 31 que foi inserida pela portaria n° 86 de 03 de março de 2005, que regulamenta o meio ambiente do trabalho rural na Agricultura, Pecuária, Silvicultura, Exploração Florestal e Aqüicultura.

ABSTRACT

This work has intend to show the degrading conditions that agriculture workers are submitted over the sugarcane cut, showing one day of them lives, that beginning with the burning of the straw of sugarcane and still extend until the harvest made by naked hands, exposing them to risks, emphasizing the environment value of the work and showing the importance of labor standards relating to health, hygiene and safety of workers that had been unrespected, with special the new emphasis to NR 31, which was inserted by Ordinance No 86 of March 3 2005, which regulates the environment of the agriculture work in Agriculture, Livestock, Forestry, Forest Exploration and Aquaculture.
