At the present work we analyze the philosophical legacy of Karl Marx, contained in

the Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844, also know as Paris Manuscripts.

This work is compose by an omnibus of three notebooks and in the form of shorts essays.

The Manuscripts of 1844 were writting for that author by the age of twenty six years and

remain unknown for almost fifth years, after your death. With your publication in 1932

began a philosophical and political debate about the whole of the marxists works which

extend until today.This study search the comprehension of the deepness of the

philosophical and social-political dimension present in this writting of the Karl Marx’s

youth and your formidable imbrication with the reality of the social relations express

mainly by the conceptual categories alienation and strangeness which in the ownership

capitalism mode of production which is so accuse of transforming the man in goods. The

problematical, who motivate this study is the controversial around the epistemological

break or your continuity, when different interpreters end fixing themselves in the works of

the philosopher maturity in detriment of that one’s of youth and vice versa. The marxist

theory accept two different Marx, the young Marx and the old Marx? To investigate this

question we dialoging with two marxist philosophers, representatives of antagonistic

perspectives relatively to the existence of a break or a continuity between the Marx’s

“philosophic” of youth and the Marx’s "scientific” of maturity: Louis Althusser and István

Mészaros.
