ASSISTÊNCIA HUMANIZADA DE ENFERMAGEM AO PACIENTE PORTADOR DE HIV

RESUMO:
Introdução: Nos dias atuais é importante que haja uma forma de comunicação diferenciada voltada ao portador do vírus HIV,onde o papel dessa comunicação seja apoiar,acolher,encorajar e orientar sobre o tratamento e a maneira que ele irá oferecer uma melhora na qualidade de vida.Objetivo: Este  estudo pretende colaborar para uma melhor compreensão de como é ofertada a assistência humanizada de enfermagem ao portador do HIV. Metodologia: Revisão integrativa de literatura, realizando as seguintes etapas: formulação de questão norteadora da revisão, estabelecimento de critérios para a inclusão e exclusão dos estudos e avaliação dos estudos incluídos. Resultados e discussões: É importante quanto profissional de saúde enfatizar e conscientizar de forma humanizada o portador sobre o comprometimento no processo tratamento, onde o profissional também se comprometa a prestar uma assistência de qualidade respeitando os princípios éticos e morais do portador.Conclusão: O presente estudo revela o diferencial de uma assistência humanizada, onde o profissional de enfermagem junto ao paciente construa um vínculo afetivo de confiança e empatia que resulta na qualidade do tratamento e possivelmente na melhoria do estilo de vida do portador, visando não somente a patologia a ser tratada,mas o ser humano como um todo.

ABSTRACT: 

Introduction: It is important today that there is a differentiated form of communication aimed at the HIV virus, where the role of this communication is to support, welcome, encourage and guide the treatment and the way it will offer an improvement in quality. Objective: This study aims to contribute to a better understanding of how humanized nursing care is offered to the HIV patient. Methodology: Integrative review of literature, performing the following steps: formulating a guiding question of the review, establishing criteria for inclusion and exclusion of studies and evaluation of included studies. Results and discussions: It is important for the health professional to emphasize and conscientize in a humanized way the patient about the commitment in the treatment process, where the professional also undertakes to provide a quality assistance respecting the ethical and moral principles of the bearer.Conclusion: The present Study reveals the differential of a humanized care, where the nursing professional with the patient builds an affective bond of trust and empathy that results in the quality of the treatment and possibly in the improvement of the lifestyle of the patient, aiming not only the pathology to be treated , But the human being as a whole.
