RESUMO

O trabalho a seguir apresentado é um estudo realizado para a empresa Padaria Pão Quentinho que necessita realizar uma reestruturação completa no seu ambiente de Infraestrutura da Matriz e das 10 filiais da Rede de padarias além de uma reformulação completa no departamento pessoal de TI que atualmente é composto Por um Coordenador de TI e dois técnicos de suporte que efetuam todos os tipos de tarefas que envolvam redes, sistema, computadores e demais ferramentas tecnológicas.

Para a realização da reestruturação de infraestrutura realizamos um levantamento baseado no ambiente atual da matriz e das 10 filiais a fim de identificar quais são as necessidades da empresa. Após o estudo concluímos que será necessária a aquisição de 1 servidor, 1 Switch e 2 roteadores Wireless para a matriz e para cada filial da Padaria, equipamentos que serão adquiridos conforme necessidade de cada local. O custo total estimado de equipamentos foi de R$ 86.464,00 para a reestruturação completa das Filiais e da Matriz da padaria. Para finalizar realizamos um estudo na estrutura de redes utilizada atualmente e concluímos que será utilizada a topologia de “Estrela” na reestruturação e será realizada uma comunicação das Redes LAN’s das filiais com a Rede WAN da Matriz.

Também realizamos um estudo para identificar e estimar os custos com softwares e serviços envolvidos na reestruturação e identificamos que será necessário a aquisição de 11 licenças de Windows server para os servidores e 35 licenças de Microsoft Office para os computadores da Matriz e das filiais e conforme estudo realizado também concluímos que será necessária a contratação de Sistema ERP que irá abranger as áreas da padaria, sendo a implantação do ERP conduzida pela a equipe de TI. Conforme os estudos realizados estimamos que custo total estimado para implantação do ERP, Windows Server e Microsoft Office será de R$ 230.245.00 conforme especificações de licenças apresentadas.

Com a necessidade de realizar uma reestruturação de Pessoal no departamento de TI definimos e apresentamos os salários e benefícios de cada um dos cargos do departamento de TI, além de definir os papeis e responsabilidade de cada um deles. Também definimos um plano de estratégia de motivação baseado em quesitos pré-definidos de avaliação que premia um aumento salarial anual de acordo com o preenchimento dos quesitos. Concluímos que para a reestruturação de pessoa será necessária a contratação de 1 Administrador de redes, 2 Analista de Suporte e 1 Analista de Suporte ERP que ficará disponível para acompanhar o processo de implantação do Sistema ERP. Essas novas contratações agregam um custo mensal de R$ 21.620,00 para o departamento.

ABSTRACT

The work presented below is a study for the Bakery Pão Quentinho company needs to carry out a complete restructuring of its Matrix Infrastructure environment and 10 branches of bakeries network and a complete overhaul in personal IT department is currently composed for an iT support engineer and two technicians who perform all types of tasks involving networks, systems, computers and other technological tools.

To carry out the restructuring of infrastructure conducted a survey based on the current environment of the matrix and 10 branches to identify what the company needs. After the study concluded that the acquisition of one server is required, 1 and Switch 2 Wireless routers for the array and each branch of the Bakery, equipment to be purchased as needed for each location. The total estimated cost of equipment was R $ 86,464.00 for the complete restructuring of branches and bakery Matrix. Finally, we conducted a study on the structure of networks currently used and concluded that it will be used the topology of "star" in the restructuring and communication networks of LAN's will be held from branches with WAN Network Matrix.

We also conducted a study to identify and estimate the cost of software and services involved in the restructuring and identified that will require the purchase of 11 Windows Server licenses for servers and 35 Microsoft Office licenses for computers Matrix and branches and according to a study performed also concluded that it will be necessary to hire ERP system that will cover the areas of bakery, with the ERP implementation conducted by the IT staff. As the studies estimate that total estimated cost for ERP deployment, Windows Server and Microsoft Office will be $ 230.245.00 as presented license specifications.

With the need for a staff restructuring in the IT department we define and present the salaries and benefits of each of the officers of the IT department, in addition to defining the roles and responsibilities of each of them. Also we set a motivation strategy plan based on predefined evaluation questions which awards an annual salary increase according to the fulfillment of the requirements. We conclude that the person restructuring hiring 1 Administrator networks will be required 2 Support Analyst and 1 ERP Support Analyst that will be available to monitor the process of implementation of the ERP system. These new hires add a monthly cost of R $ 21,620.00 for the department.
