SISTEMA DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO NO PRONTO SOCORRO DE TOMBOS

RESUMO

Neste trabalho discorreremos sobre o sistema de pré-atendimento a ser utilizado em Pronto atendimentos, utilizando como modelo o Pronto Socorro da Cidade de Tombos - MG.

Para compreender a realidade das unidades de saúde realizou-se pesquisas do tipo qualitativa bibliográficas, onde verificou-se a importância da informatização das unidades de saúde e as vantagens que ela poderá oferecer a estes estabelecimentos.

Para a elaboração deste software realizamos entrevistas e levantamento de requisitos, buscando conhecer quais as necessidades e as possíveis vantagens da implantação de um sistema informatizado de cadastro e controle dos atendimentos. Para desenvolvimento do sistema optou-se pela linguagem de programação Delphi e o sistema de consulta e gerenciamento de banco de dados MySQL. Após a fase de análise realizou-se o desenvolvimento do sistema, o SIG-PRÉ (Sistema Gerenciamento de Pré-atendimento).

A utilização deste software possibilita, maior agilidade e acesso as informações tanto para fins administrativos quanto para controle, pois a forma atual (manualmente) não permite que os dados sejam agrupados e analisados como um todo. Visando facilitar e otimizar os atendimentos, seus registros e também a economia dos recursos financeiros, o Sig-pré organiza as informações e as guarda vislumbrando utilidades futuras.

ABSTRACT

In this work we will discuss the pre-service system to be used in ready care, using as a model the Emergency Room of the City of Tombos - MG.

In order to understand the reality of the health units, qualitative bibliographical research was carried out, in which the importance of the computerization of the health units and the advantages that it could offer to these establishments were verified.

For the elaboration of this software, we conduct interviews and survey of requirements, seeking to know the needs and possible advantages of the implementation of a computerized system of registration and control of the attendance. For development of the system, the Delphi programming language and MySQL database management and query system were chosen. After the analysis phase, the system was developed, the SIG-PRÉ (Pre-service Management System).

The use of this software allows for greater agility and access to information for both administrative and control purposes, as the current form (manually) does not allow the data to be grouped and analyzed as a whole. In order to facilitate and optimize the attendance, its records and also the economy of the financial resources, Sig-pré organizes the information and saves them for future profits.
