RESUMO

Falar em teorias administrativas é certamente demonstrar importantes fatos que marcaram história e vem avançando a passos largos nas organizações. A inserção de teorias administrativas nos dias de hoje é algo comum e presente, além de ser algo essencial para desenvoltura das organizações.

Todas as áreas existentes numa corporação necessitam de uma base teórica, para avançar e atingir metas, por isso a sua utilização torna-se imprescindível.

Pensando assim, foram estudadas as teorias administrativas existentes, e, buscamos uma empresa que se enquadrava melhor no perfil do grupo. Supõe-se que a empresa em questão faça o uso da teoria escolhida para melhor desenvoltura de sua organização.

ABSTRACT

Speaking of administrative theories and certainly demonstrating important facts that have marked the history and is advancing at great strides in the organizations. The insertion of administrative theories in the present day is something common and present, besides being essential for the organizations' resourcefulness.

All as existing areas in a corporation need a theoretical basis, to advance and achieve goals, so its turn becomes essential.

Thinking like this, they were studied as existing administrative theories, and, we looked for a company that fit better no profile of the group. It is assumed that a company in question will use the theory chosen to better enable its organization.
