A Precisão das Informações

RESUMO

A precisão das informações que permitem as tomadas de decisões as quais corrigem e aumentam o desenvolvimento das estratégias comerciais e produtivas, são entre outros fatores, o que se deseja obter com a implantação do sistema de gestão ERP. Este software tem sido utilizado de forma crescente pelas organizações, e tem se tornado uma ferramenta eficaz no que tange todas as rotinas de trabalho e as informações geradas e recebidas pelas pessoas dentro de um ambiente empresarial e fabril. Ele também contribuiu para o avanço da tecnologia dentro das organizações, visto a grande competitividade imposta pelo mercado.

Ao mesmo tempo, as empresas modernas e atualizadas enxergam no planejamento e controle da produção, o elo que permite o alinhamento dos processos de fabricação atuando em sinergia com as demais áreas da empresa visando sempre à unidade e a otimização dos recursos disponíveis e necessários.

O objetivo do trabalho consistiu em demonstrar os benefícios para o PCP a partir da implantação de um sistema ERP.

Metodologicamente foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, seguida de uma pesquisa de campo aplicando a abordagem qualitativa em uma cerâmica localizada no interior de São Paulo, onde foi possível concluir que a integração empresarial oferecida pelo ERP e a atuação do PCP dentro da empresa estudada permitiram uma adequação às suas reais necessidades produtivas e comerciais e uma grande diminuição em seus custos de produção e compras de materiais.

ABSTRACT

The accuracy of the information that allows decision-making which correct and enhance the development of business strategies and production, are among other factors, what we want to get with the implementation of ERP management system. This software has been used increasingly by organizations, and has become an effective tool when it comes all the routines of work and information generated and received by people within a business and manufacturing environment. He also contributed to the advancement of technology within organizations, as imposed by the highly competitive market.
At the same time, modern and updated companies see in the planning and production control, the link that allows the alignment of manufacturing processes acting in synergy with other areas of the company always seeking unity and optimization of resources available and needed.                                          .
The objective of this study was to demonstrate the benefits to the PCP from the implementation of an ERP system.                         .                              
Methodologically a literature search was performed, followed by a field survey applying the qualitative approach in a pottery located in São Paulo, where it was concluded that the business integration provided by ERP and business performance of the CFP within the company studied allowed an adjustment to their productive and commercial real needs and a large decrease in their costs of production and purchase of materials.
