Description of Activities Monitored: - Checking the workmanship and plumbness of formwork installation for instrument cable trench at Zone 3-1
- Checking the installation of reinforcement bars Ø12 for instrument cable trench at zone 5-1 underground pipe network.
- Checking the dimensions after lean concrete prior on reinforcement bars installation at Zone 5-1 underground electrical cable.
- Checking the reinforcement bars and formworks installation of cover plates for underground pipe network at BUCG stock yard. The width of the cover is 500mm.
- Witnessed the concrete compressive strength test and result (30 Mpa) for underground pipe network.
- Checking the location and dimension of the masonry works at Laboratory Building prior on plastering works.
- Checking the Curtain Wall inspection at Dormitory & Lockers Building.
- Checking the verticality and plumpness of the columns at Laboratory Building.
- Checking the elevations for soil surface prior backfilling works for sleeper 3 and 5 at Zone 1 and 2 phase-I.
- Visual inspection on the completed weld Pipe A1 and A2 at TK-1103A/B and TK-1104B/D.
- Visual inspection on the completed weld Pipe A1 at TK-1103/b AND TK-1104B/D.
- Witness of vacuum test on the bottom plates at TK-1104D.
- Checking the fitting and RT locations for piping of BUCG site.
