A HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF LABOR LAW AND THE DOMESTIC DECHARACTERIZATION EMPLOYEE AS FAMILY MEMBER
ABSTRACT
This research paper brings in your body issues the progress of work, concepts and important events that happened in Brazil and worldwide. For its development we used the explanatory methodology, the qualitative mode. Their goal was to relate the main historical facts, as were the first domestic servants, their activities and they received for the rendering of services. The study is justified by the controversy generated about domestic workers in the country, particularly from the changes in labor law, dedicated to this category. Under the Labour Law, were related milestones such as its appearance in the world, the first laws in many phases stories the evolution of labor law was divided, a retrospective to understand how we got the current laws, in particular the Constitutional Amendment 72/2013, which came with the intention of completely change the working relationship between employer and domestic worker and characterized as an employee trivial, with rights equivalent to others. As conclusions of the study undertaken can be identified: minimization of discrimination of domestic workers due to the evolution of labor law, passing the company to no longer treat them as inferior to other workers; and also it found that the trigger for this change occurred haphazardly to Constitutional Amendment 72/2013, approved prematurely and without adequate preparation and should be completed urgently, so that we can ensure all the rights to which it refers.
