RESUMO

Apresenta-se neste trabalho de Atividade Prática Supervisionada (ATPS), o conceito e as particularidades da Contabilidade Gerencial, ressaltando sobre a importância de seu uso, bem como sobre suas inúmeras aplicações na área da Contabilidade.

A contabilidade gerencial funciona como uma ferramenta que auxilia a administração da empresa no processo de redução de custos, aumento de lucratividade, planejamento estratégico. Também fornece informações úteis a investidores, órgãos governamentais, credores, dentre outros. O contador que exerce a função gerencial deve ser altamente qualificado, para que apresente informações claras e objetivas, pois este será o responsável por importante tomada de decisões dentro da empresa.

Durante toda elaboração da ATPS procuramos identificar e verificar a qual demanda e habilidades requeridas ao Contador para produção de uma linha de atuação junto a Contabilidade Gerencial, e quais serão os requisitos de conhecimentos exigidos.
Evidenciamos as melhores práticas para tal ciência, e assim realizamos pesquisas de modo descritivo.

 Com relação aos conhecimentos técnicos, gerais, habilidades e competências comportamentais requeridas pelo mercado, possibilitando assim o diagnóstico acerca dos atributos destas competências. Entre outros aspectos, a percepção do conhecimento a qual requer profissionais com alto padrão de conhecimento.

ABSTRACT

It is presented in this paper Practice Activity Supervised (ATPS), the concept and characteristics of management accounting, stressing on the importance of its use, as well as its numerous applications in the field of Accounting.

Management accounting functions as a tool that helps the company management in the cost reduction process, increase profitability, strategic planning. It also provides useful information to investors, government agencies, creditors, and others. The counter holding the managerial function should be highly qualified to provide clear and objective information, as it will be responsible for important decision-making within the company.

Throughout development of ATPS we seek to identify and verify which demand and skills required to counter for producing a line of action with the Management Accounting, and what are the requirements of required knowledge.We highlight best practices for such a science, and thus conduct research descriptively.

 With regard to technical, general knowledge, skills and behavioral skills required by the market, thus enabling the diagnosis about the attributes of these skills. Among other things, the perception of knowledge which requires professionals with high standard of knowledge.
