RESUMO

Este projeto tem como objetivo a reestruturação de todo o ambiente de TI da empresa Collection, que tem como expectativa de crescimento 90% para os próximos 3 anos. Devido o serviços prestados pela Collection depender diretamente da infraestrutura de TI e Telecom, será necessário a criação de um projeto que atenda a demanda de crescimento para o s próximo anos e que venha corrigir as falhas atuais na infraestrutura de rede e Telecom da empresa.

As reestruturação no ambiente de TI na Collection tem como objetivo maior, correções no sistemas de banco de dados e criação de ambiente de homologação para futuras implementações, criação de redundância para o Servidor de email por se tratar de um importante canal de comunicação com clientes, customização no atendimento da URA que se trata de outro canal importante de atendimento , implementação de cabeamento estruturado que atenda a demanda de crescimento,Implementação dos Serviço de BPO e ITO, desenvolvimento do ambientes de teste UAT e STA para manter os níveis de SLA conforme acordados.

ABSTRACT

This project aims at restructuring the entire company's IT environment Collection, which is expected to grow 90% over the next three years. Because the services provided by the Collection directly dependent on IT and Telecom infrastructure will require the creation of project that meets the growing demand for next year and that will correct the flaws in the current network infrastructure and telecom company.

The restructuring in the IT environment in the Collection's primary goal is, corrections to the database systems and creation of environmental approval for future deployments, creating redundancy for the mail server because it is an important channel of communication with customers, customization service in the URA that this is another important channel of assistance, implementation of structured cabling that meets the growing demand, Implementation of BPO and ITO service, development of UAT test environments and STA to maintain levels of SLA as agreed .
