Robotic Process Automation – Uma ferramenta para automatizar processos

Acompanhamos há décadas muitas discussões, busca de estratégias e objetivos voltados aos ganhos de eficiência dentro das corporações. Não é difícil vermos executivos, diretores e equipes utilizando o seu tempo, investindo seus recursos e criando metas atrás de eficiência operacional. Isto é observável no ganho de produtividade das revoluções na indústria e tecnologia dos últimos séculos, reduzindo custos e trazendo ganhos humanos e econômicos, que é a suma do capitalismo. O RPA - Robotic Process Automation é uma ferramenta que visa automatizar tarefas nas mesmas interfaces gráficas operadas por humanos. Estes robôs trazem agilidade na execução de tarefas manuais, repetitivas, que possuem baixo teor de inteligência e que geram pouco valor para as companhias. Desta forma, o objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar, de forma exploratória, como automatizar processos com a utilização de robôs pode trazer ganhos em uma empresa, mostrar os requisitos de implantação, custos e desafios e os próximos passos da tecnologia.

We have followed many discussions for decades, searching for strategies and objectives aimed at efficiency gains within corporations. It is not difficult to see executives, directors and teams using their time, investing their resources and creating goals behind operational efficiency. This is observed in the productivity gain of the revolutions in industry and technology of the last centuries, reducing costs and bringing human and economic gains, which is the sum of capitalism. RPA - Robotic Process Automation is a tool that aims to automate tasks on the same graphical interfaces operated by humans. These robots bring agility in the execution of manual, repetitive tasks, which have a low intelligence content and generate little value for companies. Thus, the objective of this work is to show, in an exploratory way, how automating processes with the use of robots can bring gains in a company, show the implementation requirements, costs and challenges and the next steps of technology.
