RESUMO

Esse estudo tem como objetivo otimizar a operação de carga e descarga na empresa Empresa xxx ltda. a fim de torná-la mais eficiente e eficaz.

A proposta do tema desse estudo surgiu a partir de observações realizadas pelo autor em relação à ineficiência e ineficácia da operação de carga e descarga, ineficiência e ineficácia que repercutem negativamente na satisfação do cliente final e, consequentemente, na perda de valor para os demais stakeholders.

Esse estudo consiste em uma pesquisa exploratória quantitativa do tipo estudo de caso, sendo que os dados foram coletados a partir da utilização da ferramenta questionário composta por três perguntas fechadas aplicada a 30 (trinta) colaboradores da Empresa Empresa xxx . Os dados analisados através do questionário aplicado com os colaboradores apontaram a falta de espaço físico como o principal fator causador de ineficiência e ineficácia na operação de carga e descarga. A solução encontrada para a otimização da operação de carga e descarga foi a  troca de localização do depósito e alteração do layout do mesmo. Estima-se que essa proposta proporcione um ganho em eficiência e eficácia em torno de 30 a 45 minutos em toda a operação.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to optimize the operation of loading and unloading the company Empresa xxx  Transportes Ltda. in order to make it more efficient and effective.

The proposal the subject of this study arose from observations made by the author regarding the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the operation of loading and unloading, inefficiency and ineffectiveness that impact negatively on the end-customer satisfaction and, consequently, the loss of value for other stakeholders .

This study consists of a quantitative exploratory study of the type of case, and the data were collected from the use of the survey tool consists of three closed questions applied to thirty (30) employees of the Company Empresa xxx . The data analyzed through the questionnaire with employees pointed out the lack of physical space as the main cause of inefficiency and ineffectiveness in the operation of loading and unloading factor. The solution for the optimization of the operation of loading and unloading was changing location of the tank and changing the layout of it. It is estimated that this proposal provides a gain in efficiency and effectiveness of about 30 to 45 minutes throughout the operation.
