LEASING OBJECTIVE

IMPLEMENTING

Clause 2 -  The HIRED only provides hand labor needed for the service provided in this contract, and the CONTRACTOR is responsible for providing the necessaries assets for the implementation of services such as electricity for use of equipment and free access to the venue.

Clause 3 - It is responsibility of the CONTRACTOR, all physical damage to equipment and staff, by his guests or support staff (security, ceremonial, waiter, and son on).

THE DELIVERY

Clause 4 - The deadline for delivery of the contracted service is useful __________days, from the date of the event and may be extended if necessary in another 15 days, just by mutual agreement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Clause 5 - Services will be canceled or scheduled for another time, if possible, when there is: rain (outdoor scenes), lack of electricity, lack of security for the team, not fitting in this case, any claim by both parties.

Clause 6 - It is covenanted between the parties the total absence of employment relationship between the parties, excluding pension obligations and social charges and tax, and there are no relationship of labor subordination between CONTRACTOR and HIRED.

Clause 7 - The HIRED may use the images captured during the event with prior approval of the CONTRACTOR to disclose on its website, showcasing and marketing propaganda, respecting the integrity and the CONTRACTOR morality and giving due credit.

THE HIRED OBLIGATIONS

Clause 8 - If there is any fail on the equipments of the HIRED and only noticeable after the execution of the service which entails total or partial loss of service, it is the HIRED obligated to return the amount contracted proportional to the loss incurred up to the limit contract value, or may compensate the CONTRACTOR otherwise in agreement of the parties.

Clause 9 - It is the obligation of the HIRED to be at the venue at least one hour before the beginning of the event.
