ABSTRACT
This paper aims to present the results of Business Games Getulio Vargas - FGV. These results achieved through specific tools areas enumerated by the FGV, such as: Marketing, Production, Finance, Human Resources and Projects. The tools used were choosing each area director, however, was necessary to develop the individual part of TCC on predetermined topics by the institution, getting to the Department of Marketing: Market Future Analysis, Target and Competition, Forecast Market Share, Construction of BCG Matrix analysis of 4Ps, Positioning and Sales Planning Strategy. The goal was to position the INNOVARE TELECOM company in the market FGV Business Games highlighting it among its competitors.
Eight groups of four inherited fictitious companies of Mobile production, Smartphone and Tablet. The groups had eight months to boost sales of their respective companies and stand out in the Business Games market. For this, each group created its strategy and controls in pre-defined areas. At the beginning of each four directors received 10 points to be distributed among: Share Price, Return on Equity, Sales Revenue and Net Income. The distribution of these points were as the "weight" that each strategy would have for the company, for example: the higher the point (weight) was given to that strategy, the greater would be the company's stock to achieve the objectives for that strategy. If the most weight were to Sales Revenue, then the company would have to leverage their sales best to generate the most sales revenue possible. For each group was evaluated according to their monthly decisions for each of these weights
