I  am  an  student  from  Recife  Brazil  studying  in  Toronto  Canada.  I  have had  the  opportunity  to  meet  many  people  from  all  whole  word.  As  a  result,  is  common  for  us  to  discuss  about  many  topics  together.  One  of the  most  popular  one  is  about  carer  paths.  I  belief  that  lead  management positions  is  better  for  me.  I  will  explain  my  view  and  support  my  opinion.

There  are  some  reasons  why  carers  that  lead  to  management  positions  is better.  Firstly,  it  provides  me  to  increase  my  communicate  skills.  I  have  to talk  with  many  people  during  the  job   such  as:  employees  and  employers . As  a  result,  this  practice  allows  me  to  become  a  good  dealer  and  attract people.  Second  of  all,  management  of  positions  enables  me   to  control  people  better.  I  can  learn  how  to  make  my  employees  work  more efficiently.  As  a  result,  I  can  build  a  good  team  of  workers  in  any company.  Thus,  it  is  clear  that  management  positions  carer  provides  me  to  improve  my  communicate  skills  as  well  as  improve  my  employees efficiency.

There  are  other  reasons  why  carer  that  evolves  management  positions  is great  for  me.  First  of  all,  it  helps  me  to  become  a  good  leader  whereas  I have  to  solve  many  people  problems.  Co-workers  problems  it  is  one  of  the  most  difficulties  to  overcome.  Consequently,  helping  my  labours  to overtake  their  problems  gives  me  their  confidence.  Moreover,  managing other  people  provides  me  an  opportunity  to  share  responsibilities.  I   think that  people  work  better  with  some  responsibility  or  pressure  sometimes.  It provides  them  to  work  with  their  own  hands,  increasing  their  knowledge. Therefore,  manage  people  gives  me  an  achievement  goal  as  well  as  I  can  share  my  responsibilities.

In  sum,  there  is  no  doubt   that  career  path  with  management  positions gives  me  some  advantages.  I  can  improve  my  communicate  techniques  as well  as  learn  skills  to  encourage  people.  In  addition,  overcoming  challenge situations  helps  me  to  become  a  good  leader.  Due  to  these  reasons,  carer  that  lead  management  allows  me  great  benefits.
