1.1 DELIMITATION
The L2 influence in the acquisition process of a L3 for a speaking Portuguese.
This is a review of literature on the influence of a L2 (foreign language/second language), acquisition of a L3 (third language).

3. OBJECTIVE:
What aims of this work is to help consolidate and motivate, encourage the student by showing that after acquiring a second language, their performance and chances for acquiring a third can expand substantially, as this will serve as a support for him leverage towards the other.

Generative Linguistics (Universal Model): all language share the same properties on a deeper level).
Studies of cognition and research on error analysis ( not everything that is different is difficult).
Chomsky (1957): Syntactic Structure
