PLOT

Friends is an American television sitcom with comedy and romance, which originally aired on NBC from 1994 to 2004.

It revolves around a circle of single young friends in their mid-20s, living in Manhattan, New York, in the struggle to find success and happiness in life.

The series are usually at Monica and Rachel's nearby West Village apartment, or Joey and Chandler's across the hall or in the Central Perk (a Manhattan coffee house, where the group often hangs out).

Main characters:

Rachel Green flees her wedding day and seeks out childhood friend Monica Geller, a New York City chef. They become roommates, and Rachel joins Monica's social friends:
