RESUMO

Este Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) busca estudar a atuação do assistente social no Serviço de Convivência e Fortalecimento de Vínculos (SCFV) no Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS) território III de Coronel Fabriciano, sendo esta uma instituição de esfera pública da Proteção Social Básica que alcança entre outros serviços prestados o SCFV onde a pesquisa foi realizada. O objetivo geral deste estudo foi refletir sobre o trabalho do assistente social dentro do SCFV e teve como problema discutir a importância do trabalho do assistente social para a efetivação dos objetivos do SCFV no CRAS, buscando analisar sua contribuição para a efetivação do mesmo e teve como objetivos específicos: compreender como se dá a inserção dos usuários que são encaminhados para o SCFV; conhecer quais são as atividades ofertadas pelo SCFV; averiguar se o equipamento possui os recursos disponíveis como: materiais humanos e físicos, para que o trabalho se concretize e se está de acordo com a Política de Assistência Social; conhecer qual o trabalho que o assistente social desenvolve dentro do SCFV; apurar se o assistente social possui recursos disponíveis para realizar seu trabalho; certificar se o assistente social tem autonomia na realização do trabalho; investigar a percepção do usuário sobre a importância do trabalho do assistente social no SCFV e investigar a visão do gestor sobre o trabalho do assistente social dentro do SCFV. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, onde foi possível a coleta de dados por meio de entrevista com perguntas abertas aos profissionais do Serviço Social, aos gestores da Proteção Social Básica e do SCFV e com os usuários do SCFV, com o intuito de conhecer sobre as atividades ofertadas no CRAS/SCFV, a contribuição do assistente social no SCFV, em que foi possível identificar o perfil do público atendido no serviço e dos demais profissionais. Através da coleta de dados foi realizada a análise dos conteúdos abordados, permitindo desta forma o entendimento dos dados coletados e subsequente resultado da pesquisa que é a concepção acerca do trabalho do assistente social realizado no SCFV.

ABSTRACT

This Course Completion Work (TCC) seeks to study the work of the social worker in the Service of Coexistence and Strengthening of Links (SCFV) in the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CRAS) territory III of Coronel Fabriciano, being this an institution of public sphere of the basic social protection that reaches among other services provided the SCFV where the research was carried out. The general objective of this study was to reflect on the work of the social worker within the SCFV, seeking to analyze its contribution to the effectiveness of the same and had as specific objectives: To understand how the insertion of the users that are referred to the SCFV occurs; know the activities offered by the SCFV; Determine if the equipment has the available resources such as: human and physical materials, so that the work is carried out and is in accordance with the Social Assistance Policy; to know what work the social worker develops within the SCFV; find out if the social worker has resources available to perform his work; to inquire whether the social worker has autonomy in the performance of the work; investigate the user's perception about the importance of the social worker's work in the SCFV and investigate the manager's view of the social worker's work within the SCFV. It is a qualitative and quantitative research, where it was possible to collect data through an interview with questions open to Social Service professionals, managers of basic social protection and SCFV and SCFV users, with the In order to know about the activities offered in the CRAS / SCFV, the contribution of the social worker in the SCFV, in which it was possible to identify the profile of the public served in the service and other professionals. Through the collection of data the analysis of the contents was carried out, allowing in this way the understanding of the collected data and subsequent result of the research that the understanding about the work of the social worker that is realized in the SCFV.
