RESUMO:

Por muitos anos a saúde no país tem sido objeto de estudo por vários pesquisadores, considerando como real a necessidade de uma equipe de Apoio a Saúde da Família e neste contexto necessário, é elencado a importância do NASF e em específico a atuação do fonoaudiólogo nesta equipe. Portanto este trabalho evoca trechos da história da Fonoaudiologia no SUS e frisa à importância deste profissional no âmbito da saúde pública. A saber, que à saúde vem sofrendo transformações nos últimos anos em todo o Brasil e mudança no setor público com relação à saúde tem dado passos ainda que curtos, mas progressivos, no tocante a Atenção Primária de Saúde deste o início do século até hoje; com relevância às equipes de apoio da saúde da família. Este trabalho tem como objetivo de caracterizar a atuação fonoaudiológica no serviço público do município de Santa Rita-PB, para tentar encontrar estratégias que resultem em melhorias nas dificuldades encontradas no seu dia a dia; buscando fornecer informações de maneira científica sobre os números de atendimentos e a real necessidade de inserção de novos profissionais corroborando para o crescimento desta ciência e de toda a equipe do NASF deste município; usando método prospectivo e descritivos de investigação quantitativa e qualitativa, por intermédio de um questionário contendo 20 questões com respostas abertas e fechadas específicas para este fim seguido de algumas adaptações pelo aluno pesquisador, a coleta será uma amostragem não probabilística, sendo em número de 7 fonoaudiólogos no total, a coleta será realizada pelo pesquisador responsáveis desta pesquisa Ivonaldo Leidson Barbosa Lima e o aluno pesquisador Niéliton Costa da Silva, em uma sala das Estratégias básicas de saúde em que estes profissionais estão inseridos; sendo apresentado previamente o TCLE, desta forma garantindo a proteção da identidade dos pesquisados, respeitando o desejo de participar ou não da pesquisa.

SUMMARY:

For many years health in the country has been the object of study by several researchers, considering as real the need for a Family Health Support team and in this context it is necessary to highlight the importance of the NASF and in particular the speech therapist's performance in this team . Therefore, this work evokes excerpts from the history of Speech Therapy in the SUS and emphasizes the importance of this professional in the field of public health. To wit, that health has been undergoing changes in recent years throughout Brazil and changes in the public sector in relation to health have taken steps that are still short but progressive, in relation to Primary Health Care from the beginning of the century until today; With relevance to the family health support teams. This work aims to characterize the speech-language pathology in the public service of the municipality of Santa Rita-PB, to try to find strategies that result in improvements in the difficulties encountered in their daily life; Seeking to provide information in a scientific way about the attendance numbers and the real need of insertion of new professionals corroborating to the growth of this science and the entire NASF team of this municipality; Using a prospective method and descriptive of quantitative and qualitative research, through a questionnaire containing 20 questions with open and closed answers specific to this end followed by some adaptations by the researcher student, the collection will be a non-probabilistic sampling, being in number of 7 speech-language pathologists In total, the collection will be carried out by the researcher responsible for this research Ivonaldo Leidson Barbosa Lima and the student researcher Niéliton Costa da Silva, in a room of Basic Strategies of health in which these professionals are inserted; Being presented previously the TCLE, thus guaranteeing the protection of the identity of the researched ones, respecting the desire to participate or not of the research.
