RESUMO

Este trabalho vem apresentar, através da metodologia de pesquisa bibliográfica, consulta à legislação e exposição de relatos, a análise da interação entre o homem e o animal. Conseguimos ver o porquê é se faz tão necessária a conscientização para as concepções do mundo moderno, o quanto é importante ver que animais merecem o tratamento de assegurar seus direitos, amor, liberdade, respeito. É necessária a mudança de paradigmas. Não há mais como tratar os animais apenas como funcionais benéficos aos homens, como pesca, caça, domesticação, entre outros. Alguns filósofos modernos conseguiram um progresso para os animais, no sentido de reconhecimento como sujeitos de direitos. Estatutos e leis vem sendo criados para minimizar os tratamentos e crueldades inadequados ocorridos durante séculos. Sempre existiu a preocupação mundial com os direitos humanos. Portanto, agora é hora de cuidar daqueles seres que, por certo, foram esquecidos até então, os seres que julgamos inferiores por não raciocinar.

HISTORICAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL ANALYSIS OF EVOLUTION AND PROTECTION OF ANIMAL LAW

ABSTRACT

This work presents, through the methodology of bibliographical research, consultation with the legislation and exposure of reports, the analysis of the interaction between man and animal. We can see why it is so necessary to raise awareness of the conceptions of the modern world, how important it is to see that animals deserve the treatment of ensuring their rights, love, freedom, respect. It is necessary to change paradigms. There is no longer any way to treat animals only as beneficial to men, such as fishing, hunting, domestication, among others. Some modern philosophers have made progress for animals, in the sense of recognition as subjects of rights. Statutes and laws have been created to minimize the inadequate treatments and cruelties that have occurred for centuries. There has always been a worldwide concern for human rights. Therefore, now is the time to take care of those beings that, by the way, have been forgotten until then, beings that we judge inferior by not reasoning.
