RESUMO

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso estuda as tipificações de violência doméstica, princípios, atendimento do poder jurídico, englobando as medidas protetivas e as últimas notícias sobre Violência Doméstica, com principais bases a=na Constituição Federal, Lei Maria da Penha (11.340 de 2006) e Pesquisas atuais em redes virtuais. Todavia, são apresentados como princípios inerentes aos casos, o princípio da igualdade e o princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana. Ocorre que o pretexto de violência doméstica é causado por pessoas que constituem alguma relação de afeto uma pela outra, uma vez, que se inicia com ameaças, desrespeito, levando até à agressão física, encerrando assim o respeito de ambos. Contudo, o trabalho procura expor os direitos inerentes a todos aqueles que sofrem e sofreram violência doméstica, buscando a redução da violência contra a mulher e a família, a igualdade entre os gêneros e o direito a vida com dignidade. Ainda dentro da problemática o foco é a busca para a redução do alto índice de homicídios de mulheres causado pela temática apresentada, já que no país constitui Lei específica para que sejam amenizados os respectivos casos de vítimas de “Violência Doméstica”. Por fim, a metodologia do trabalho foi realizada com base em bibliografias e pesquisas na internet, citando assim alguns doutrinadores, como Nucci, Souza e Piovesan, que foram utilizados como o alicerce para a realização desse trabalho de curso.

ABSTRACT

The present work of conclusion of the course studies the typifications of domestic violence, principles, attention of the legal power, encompassing the protective measures and the latest news on Domestic Violence, with main bases the Federal Constitution, Lei Maria da Penha (11.340 of 2006) and Current searches in redes virtual. However, the principle of equality and the principle of human dignity are presented as inherent principles. It happens that the pretext of domestic violence is caused by people who constitute some relation of affection for each other, once, that begins with threats, disrespect, raising even physical aggression, thus ending the respect of both. However, the work seeks to expose the inherent rights of all those who suffer and have suffered domestic violence, seeking to reduce violence against women and the family, gender equality and the right to life with dignity. Still, within the problematic the focus is the search for the reduction of the high index of homicides of women caused by the presented theme, since in the country it constitutes specific Law so that the respective cases of victims of "Domestic Violence" are mitigated. 
Finally, the methodology of the work was based on bibliographies and the Internet, citing some doctrinators, Nucci, Souza and Piovesan, who were used as the foundation for this course work.
