RESUMO

Para uma organização é muito importante que seus colaboradores estejam totalmente engajados, para que assim possam cada vez mais e melhor cumprir com eficácia suas metas traçadas. Treinamento é um processo de preparação de pessoas para desempenhos de tarefas inerentes ao cargo atual de forma produtiva, conforme os objetivos da organização. Desenvolvimento é um processo de preparação de pessoas para ocupar posições futuras de acordo com as habilidades requeridas.

Durante a pesquisa na empresa, observamos a organização e funcionamento da CIPA que realiza reuniões para discutir soluções para os problemas relacionados à saúde e segurança no trabalho. E para maior conscientização de seus colaboradores realiza uma vez ao ano a SIPAT, (Semana Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes de Trabalho), abordando temas que chamem a atenção de todos no ambiente de trabalho. A empresa tem uma política rígida quanto à ergonomia, falamos sobre a aplicação e citamos casos e soluções, falamos também sobe o uso de EPI´s, os deveres da organização e dos colaboradores através de treinamentos de admissão e periódicos. E por fim os benefícios da ginástica laboral.

Desenvolvimento sustentável significa obter crescimento econômico necessário, garantindo a preservação do meio ambiente e o desenvolvimento social, de maneira que não agrida o meio ambiente, que possa desenvolver sem criar problemas que atrapalhem ou impeçam o desenvolvimento futuro. Atualmente apesar de trazer melhorias a população, trouxe inúmeros desequilíbrios ambientais como aquecimento global, o efeito estufa, o degelo das calotas polares, poluição, extinção de espécies da fauna e da flora entre tantos outros.

A Sensação Alimentos é uma empresa empenhada, pois desenvolve seus trabalhos sempre pensando no Meio Ambiente.

ABSTRACT

For an organization is very important that your employees are fully engaged, so that they can increasingly better and effectively meet their set goals. Training is a process of preparing people for performances of tasks inherent in the current position as productively as the organization's objectives. Developing is a process for the preparation of people occupying positions further in accordance with the required skills.

During the research the company, observe the organization and functioning of CIPA that holds meetings to discuss solutions to problems related to health and safety at work. And for greater awareness of its employees held once a year SIPAT (Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents), covering topics that draw the attention of everyone in the workplace. The company has a strict policy regarding ergonomics, talked about the application and cite cases and solutions, we speak also rises the use of PPE, the duties of the organization and its employees through training and regular admission. Finally the benefits of gymnastics.

Sustainable development means necessary to get economic growth, ensuring the preservation of the environment and social development in a way that does not harm the environment, you can develop without creating problems that hinder or prevent the future development. Currently despite improvements bring the population, brought numerous environmental disturbances such as global warming, the greenhouse effect, the melting of the polar ice caps, pollution, extinction of species of fauna and flora among many others.

The Sensational Foods is a company committed because it develops their work always thinking of the Environment.
