RESUMO

O trabalho estará expondo os principais pontos da Logística Reversa na reutilização de pneus da empresa IC Transportes Ltda. A IC Transportes faz parte de um grupo composto por mais duas empresas de segmentos distintos, no ramo de transporte rodoviário, que é sua área de atuação; é uma das líderes de mercado e está entre as maiores transportadoras do Brasil no transporte de Gases do Ar (Hidrogênio, Oxigênio, Nitrogênio e Argônio) e outros. A matriz fica situada em prédio próprio, às margens de umas das maiores rodovias do país, a Rod. Anhanguera, na cidade de Campinas/SP. Inaugurada em 1982 dentro do posto de combustível 3 Vias situado em Campinas/SP, a empresa conquistou vários clientes ao longo de sua jornada, que no ano de 2014 completa 32 anos. Com mais de 15 filiais integradas em seis estados diferentes (Minas Gerais, Goiás, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Sergipe, Bahia), ela atende a clientes de segmentos distintos e se adéqua à necessidade e exigência de cada um. A IC será referencia de pesquisa de campo para analisar o processo real de utilização, reutilização e descarte dos pneus utilizados em sua frota.

As praticas executadas na empresa é o retrato da maior parte das empresas do seu seguimento, pois encontram diversas dificuldades no mercado pela falta de tecnologias acessíveis perante o grande aumento de pneus a serem reutilizados e ou descartados.

Na pesquisa foram analisados os principais modais de Logística Reversa e seu constante crescimento, alem de analisar os principais meios de reutilização de pneus e caso não seja possível reutilizar, apresenta as principais formas de descarte.

Com uma pequena observação sobre comercio internacional serão abordados o constante crescimento de pneus importados do mercado chinês, no qual já ocupa grande parte do mercado de vendas no setor.

De forma geral, foram encontradas várias formas de se utilizar da vida útil de um pneu sem que o fim do mesmo seja o descarte na natureza onde sua decomposição pode durar até 600 anos.

ABSTRACT

The work will be exhibiting the main points of Reverse Logistics reuse of tires IC company Transportes Ltda. The IC Transport is part of a group of two more companies of different segments in the road transport sector, which is their area of expertise; is one of the market leaders and is among the largest carriers in the Brazil Air Gas transport (hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and argon) and others. The matrix is located in its own building on the banks of one of the largest highways of the country, Rod. Anhanguera, in Campinas / SP. The building is built in an area of 47,000 m2, of which 7,000 m2 correspond to the constructed area, which is divided between administrative sector, sales department, gas station, and maintenance. Inaugurated in 1982 inside the gas station 3-Way located in Campinas / SP, the company has won many customers along their journey, which in 2014 complete 32 years. With over 15 branches under six different states (Minas Gerais, Goiás, Paraná, Rio de Janeiro, Sergipe, Bahia), she serves customers from different segments and fits the need and requirement of each. The IC will reference field research to analyze the actual process of use, reuse and disposal of tires used in its fleet.

The practices implemented in the company is the picture of most companies its follow-up, as are several difficulties in the market by the lack of accessible technologies to the large increase of tires to be reused and or discarded.

In the research analyzed the main modal logistics and reverse and constant growth in addition to analyzing the leading tire reuse of resources and if you can not reuse, presents the main forms of disposal.

With a little note about international trade will be addressed the steady growth of impostados tires of the Chinese market, which already occupies much of the sales market in the sector.

Distribution channels in the boiler operating segment sought a better way to reduce costs for business and analyze the distribution and channel selection

In general, various means were visualized using life of a tire without the end of the discharge is the same in nature, where their decomposition can last up to 600 years.
