"The monograph produced sought to demonstrate, objectively, but not superficial, the work of the Public Labor Ministry in the fight to eradicate the exploitation of child labor by directing the State of Sergipe in the urban work modality, such as domestic activities, Street vendors, restaurants, etc., in the traffic of narcotics, among others.

This intellectual endeavor began with an approach to the main foundations of the principles of Labor Law, with the principles of Protection, Irrenunciability of rights, Continuity of employment relationship and Primacy of reality; Of the Public Prosecution Service, which are institutional, such as the Unit, Indivisibility and Functional Independence; And the International Labor Organization, which points to the effective abolition of child labor, among others. It was also concerned with conceptualizing, according to the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Consolidation of Labor Laws, the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, and the International Labor Organization; And characterize, regarding the forms and criteria before age, sex and most common aspects; Child labor and the Public Prosecutor's Office, with regard to its structure, form and division, specifying at another time the Public Prosecutor's Office, and this is one of the main leaders of this fight. However, it presents the partners and programs, such as the Child Labor Eradication Program (PETI) and Bolsa Escola, which focus on the efficient solution of this social and political problem. In the presentations of the main causes, such as the poor concentration of income; And consequences, such as the restriction of childhood and the physical and psychic development of the child, as a human being; Ends with the survey of the importance of eradicating the exploitation of child labor, prioritizing, specifically, with regard to the urban modality and in the territory of the State of Sergipe."
