Projeto Integrado Multidisciplinar – PIM IV, apresentado como um dos pré-requisitos para aprovação do bimestre vigente, no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Logística.

RESUMO

Diante da empresa Auto Elétrica Martins, irei fazer um apanhado das disciplinas inseridas nesse projeto. Para fazer essa investigação utilizarei de pesquisa de campo e dados bibliográficos. Na disciplina Planejamento e Operações por Categoria de Produto que os produtos que ele vende são peças automotivas e que são gerenciadas pelo sistema tecnológico ECR, que facilita a redução de estoques, de tempo e custo, ou seja, supri a demanda na distribuição das peças, agregando maior valor ao consumidor final, no caso os clientes. No estoque eles utilizam o modelo Rack, são prateleiras de metal que ajuda no aumento da capacidade de estocagem e protege os volumes, trazendo praticidade. Para separar as peças eles utilizam o Picking discreto, onde os produtos ficam alocados em prateleiras e conta com a separação feita por funcionários. Com relação a Planejamento e Controle de estoque, na parte de logística eles têm em mente sempre satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes, por isso mantém seu estoque sempre em dias, a qualidade dos produtos e quantidade certa para suprir a demanda e os preços acessíveis, isso e o que difere sua clientela. O estoque é bem classificado pela curva ABC, tendo em mente produtos em nível alto, médio e com menos importância, através dessa escala eles identificam os produtos que são fundamentais para a empresa e concentram esforços de compra, armazenagem e identificação. O ciclo operacional determina o prazo médio entre pagamento e recebimento como apresentado no gráfico. Dessa forma é punível levantas o giro do estoque. O inventário rotativo que e feito no decorrer do ano disponibiliza a contagem física das peças armazenadas, levando em conta a classificação ABC, dessa forma a acuracidade está sempre em dias, trazendo resultados no confronto das informações. Na Dinâmica das Relações Interpessoais o pilar utilizado é o motivacional, eles investem na saúde ocupacional, na capacitação, com isso a qualidade de vida e a produtividade aumentam. A forma democrática de liderar dá liberdade de troca de ideias tano na parte administrativa quanto com seus colaboradores. O estimulo através de feedback também faz parte do motivacional da empresa.

ABSTRACT

In front of the Auto Elétrica Martins company, I will make an overview of the disciplines included in this project. To do this investigation I will use field research and bibliographic data. In the Planning and Operations by Product Category discipline, the products he sells are automotive parts and are managed by the ECR technological system, which facilitates the reduction of inventories, time and cost, that is, meeting the demand in the distribution of parts, adding greater value to the final consumer, in this case the customers. In stock they use the Rack model, they are metal shelves that help increase storage capacity and protect volumes, bringing practicality. To separate the pieces, they use the discreet Picking, where the products are placed on shelves and has the separation made by employees. With regard to Planning and Inventory Control, in terms of logistics they always have in mind to satisfy the needs of customers, so it keeps its stock always in days, the quality of the products and the right quantity to supply the demand and affordable prices, this and what differentiates your clientele. Inventory is well classified by the ABC curve, with high, medium and less important products in mind, through this scale they identify the products that are fundamental to the company and concentrate efforts on purchasing, storage and identification. The operating cycle determines the average period between payment and receipt as shown in the graph. Thus, it is punishable to raise the stock turnover. The rotating inventory that is carried out throughout the year makes available the physical count of the stored parts, taking into account the ABC classification, thus the accuracy is always in days, bringing results in the comparison of the information. In the Dynamics of Interpersonal Relations the pillar used is the motivational one, they invest in occupational health, in training, with that the quality of life and productivity increase. The democratic way of leading gives freedom to exchange ideas both on the administrative side and with its employees. Stimulation through feedback is also part of the company's motivation.
